The Love Smoothie
Serves two.
You will need:
1 small/medium beet
3 medium blood oranges
1 medium ripe avocado
1 tablespoon raw honey
Seeds from half a vanilla pod or 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup filtered water
To make:
Scrub the beet and slice into quarters; grate if you don’t have a high-powered blender. Peel and halve the blood oranges, removing any seeds. Halve the avocado and scoop out the flesh.
Add the beet, blood orange, avocado, raw honey, vanilla, and water to a blender. Pulse a few times, then blend until smooth.
