Fall is officially here, which means that the Rihannas among us are getting ready for Rocktober, and the Brooklyn moms are rolling out their trendily impractical capes. Yesterday, one such resident and noted enthusiast of the borough was spotted heralding in the new season. Stepping out to film her TV series, Younger, Hilary Duff wore a cape with buckles and a pair of cuffed shearling UGG boots, both in the autumn-appropriate hue of butternut squash.
