Yesterday, Katy Perry submitted to the fact that it is currently winter. Unlike the flocks of bare-legged starlets who have been tromping around New York during some of the coldest temperatures on record, Katy demonstrated a more intuitive approach to cold-weather dressing. She was seen in Milan wearing head-to-toe Adidas — Sambas, track pants, and a matching baseball cap — as well as a black down parka and a utilitarian green scarf — looking resigned and ready for the worst.
