Yesterday Kim and Kanye took advantage of the sunny Paris weather to tackle some wedding planning and springtime shopping. Kim started off the busy day wearing an ankle-length black velvet turtleneck dress, and was later spotted leaving Balmain in a very heavily beaded dress that served as her afternoon outfit. The weighty-looking Balmain creation featured an array of intricate and expensive-looking jeweled patterns — giving Kim the appearance of an eager Fabergé Egg, just in time for Easter.
