It’s been three years since Elizabeth Holmes was found guilty for defrauding investors out of millions for her failed blood-testing start-up, Theranos. While she still has seven years left to serve in her sentence (for now), the scammer already has plans for what she’ll do when she gets out — and although her voice has changed, her dreams appear to have stayed the same.

In a new interview, Holmes told People she’s planning on returning to her career in health-care tech — in fact, she hasn’t really stopped pursuing it. She claims she’s writing patents from inside the Federal Prison Camp in Bryan, Texas, where she’s serving her sentence. “There is not a day I have not continued to work on my research and inventions,” she said. “I remain completely committed to my dream of making affordable health-care solutions available to everyone.” Why do I feel so … afraid?

Beyond hinting at plans for  Theranos 2.0, Holmes gave the full rundown of the “hell and torture” that has been her prison time. She’s been eating fruit for breakfast, attending therapy, exercising daily, reading Harry Potter, and working as a reentry clerk to help other women in the prison get ready for release. Not that anyone asked, but she sounds far more suited to continue that work post-prison than trying to save lives again.

While we now know she’s trying to stick to  a vegan diet, Holmes still hasn’t given us what we really want — the scoop on whether or not she’s having a Shah-mazing time with her fellow convicted scammer, Jen Shah. Give the people what they want, Liz!
