After Kanye won last year for his internet-breaking Yeezy Boost 350s — giving one of his more memorable acceptance speeches — Rihanna has scooped up Footwear News’ award for Shoe of the Year. She won the honor for her arguably-just-as-talked-about creepers from her Fenty x Puma line.
“In my wildest dreams, I never would have imagined an honor like ‘shoe of the year,’” Rihanna said in a press release. (Dream bigger, Rih!) “It means so much to me to make a mark like this in the shoe and sneaker industry and to have so many people share my love for the creeper.”
The awards ceremony, to be held on November 29, will also honor Paul Andrew, Linda Fargo, and Iris Apfel, among others — but let’s be real, everyone will probably be looking at Rihanna.
