He’s got his eye on you, Demna!

Balenciaga had better keep an eye on its new creative director, Vetements designer and current street-style darling Demna Gvasalia. Kanye West is currently on a Twitter bender whose topics include his dissatisfaction with the Grammys and the definition of true freedom. At some point, he promised free Yeezys to a vague “y’all.” (Presumably, that means everyone in the world? Seems like a great way to stay out of debt.) But he quickly turned his attention to creating a fashion feud, tweeting, “I’m going to steal Demna from Balenciaga.”
Time to cross Balenciaga parent company Kering off that list of potential investors in Kanye’s fashion line.
