Ever since witnessing Karl Lagerfeld and Justin Bieber’s Fox and the Hound–level unlikely friendship bloom at Carine Roitfeld’s birthday party, we’ve been rooting for the two of them. Photo shoots, bathrobe-clad bro hangs, and Instagram collages soon followed. Now, for V’s music issue, the Kaiser shot the much-ballyhooed Calvin Klein campaign star for a black-and-white spread, and also conducted an interview with him, meaning that exchanges like this are now committed to the annals of history:
