You’d think the conversation about Fashion Week would be limited to those four weeks twice a year when it seems to take over everyone’s lives. But according to this Twitter heat map, it’s something people worry about all the time.
This infographic, which tracks usage of the term fashion week on Twitter from the past year, shows that 365 days a year, people (lots of people) are thinking about, talking about, or preparing for their respective Fashion Weeks — especially in New York. (Think “Eeeek, Fashion Week is almost here” tweets in every language.)
Now, if this map cross-examined fashion week usage with usage of the term major, the whole thing would be one purple blob.
