In honor of her book tour, the New York Times asked Hillary Clinton all about her favorite books and reading habits. She rattled off quite the list — she’s one well-read lady.
When they asked about guilty pleasures, part of me was hoping she would put this whole can-adults-read-YA-novels argument to rest and cop to reading Twilight before bed every night. But her actual answer was also comforting. Hillary responded: “Cooking, decorating, diet/self-help and gardening books are guilty pleasures and useful time fillers.”
Hillary Clinton! She’s just like us. I bet we even highlight the same highly useful passages in The Secret.
