Meet the Pink Ladies Devoted to Mary Kay

Earlier this summer, 50,000 Mary Kay devotees flocked to Dallas’s Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center to celebrate a landmark occasion: the company’s 50th anniversary. These “independent beauty consultants” (a.k.a makeup ambassadors who bleed Mary Kay’s trademark pink) pulled on their best bedazzled gowns to participate in the cosmetics company’s convention. And the Cut sent photographer Sarah Wilson to capture these Mary Kay ladies from all across the nation. Click through the slideshow to see a tiny slice of the representatives who are part of the global beauty empire’s 3 million consultants — from those who have been with the company for three months to 45 years.
