Last night, the American Music Awards satiated our award-show-season appetite for award shows. Even if the awards themselves are basically meaningless, it had all the things the best award shows do: sequins, Taylor Swift, Justin Bieber, an onstage strip-down courtesy of Jennifer Lopez, and lots more Jennifer Lopez.
